Thank you for considering MMA Cleaning for your cleaning needs! We’re here to provide professional and reliable cleaning services for homes and businesses across Tooele County and beyond. Our goal is to help you maintain a fresh, clean space while making the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Appointment Details:
We offer cleaning appointments from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM, with sessions ranging from 2 to 8 hours. All cleans require a 2-hour minimum (3-hour minimum for areas outside of Tooele County). If your appointment exceeds $100, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.

Service Areas & Fees:
- Serving all of Tooele County and up to 29 miles outside of the county with a $20 gas fee.
- For areas 30-60 miles outside of Tooele County, a $40 gas fee will apply.
- If there are pets that need cleaning up after, a $10 add-on fee will apply.

Senior Discounts:

We offer a special discount for our senior clients aged 75 and older, with a rate of $30/hr and a 2-hour minimum for all types of cleaning, excluding move-in and move-out cleaning services.

Cleaning Supplies:
We provide our own cleaning supplies unless otherwise requested. If you have specific preferences, just let us know!

Booking & Walkthroughs:
We require a walkthrough with the client before any cleaning begins. This allows us to understand your specific needs and expectations to ensure we meet them. For move-in or move-out cleans, a walkthrough is also required to determine an accurate quote. We cannot provide a quote without first seeing the property in person.

Rescheduling & Expectations:
If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that life happens, and we’re flexible as long as we’re notified in advance. Please keep in mind that if you schedule a 2-hour clean and I finish early with no additional tasks to complete, the full 2-hour charge will still apply.

Recurring Cleaning:
We offer recurring cleaning options—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly—so you can maintain a consistently clean space without the hassle of scheduling each time.

Payment & House Occupancy:
Payment is due immediately after services are provided. We prefer cash, but also accept Venmo, CashApp, Facebook Pay, and Zelle.

 

To help us work efficiently and maintain focus, we ask that the house be unoccupied during cleaning unless otherwise arranged.
